On the Surface
Moon Rock Audio Entertainment is owned and operated by me, Kenneth Spond. Music has always been a huge part of my life, from my dad spinning classic rock vinyl in the dining room to performing shows with my myriad young adult bands. I’ve worked with live audio production since the turn of the millennium, with most of my experience coming from large event production and parties.
Our mission at Moon Rock—and the origin of our name—goes well beyond the surface.
Elevate
The first part of our mission is to Elevate the experience. For us that means top of the line equipment for superior sound, access to the widest range of music available, and DJS who not only know how to party, they know how to look good and they know what they’re doing.
Levitate
The second part of our mission is to Levitate you and your guests. Does this mean we want to literally float to the moon? Maybe, but we haven’t successfully done that yet. We want everyone within ear-shot to feel extremely comfortable and inspired to join in. By the time the last note rings out, we want everyone to feel like they’re coming back down to Earth.
